THE WELCOME PACKET

The purpose of the Welcome Packet is to help assimilate a new partner into the Centre Region Model Investment Club (CRMIC). The packet contains basic information a partner needs to become established in CRMIC. The following items will be given to a new partner at the first meeting as an Associate Partner:

• Welcome Letter from the President explaining what is expected from the partner as well as other items.
• Club's Partnership Agreement and Operating Procedures .
• Club's Partnership List: This is a roster listing the partners' names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and possibly other items of interest.
• Brief overview of member responsibilities. (See Welcome Letter )
• CRMIC Fact Sheet.
• Getting started..
• Schedule of meeting times and locations for the current year.
• Information on How to Set Up a Binder or File for the paperwork generated by an investment club.
• Schedule of future local classes and events.
• Stock Selection Guide primer PowerPoint with basic benchmarks.
• PDF copy of stock selection guide used in above example.
• List of Websites to use for research purposes.
