The Centre Region Model Investment Club (CRMIC) meets on the second Monday of each month
(See Meeting Schedule
). The meetings are held
at South Hills School of Business and Technology at
CRMIC is comprised of individuals who come together for monthly meetings to learn and practice sound investing principles. The meetings are open to anyone who wants to learn more about investing, observe an interactive educational model investment club, analyze companies, and manage a stock portfolio. Another website of interest is http://www.iclub.com. ICLUB develops software used by many investment clubs.Pick 1: Stocks to purchase are selected through a process called Pick 1 where one club member
is responsible for bringing one stock to the monthly meeting for review by members. General and financial
information and pros and cons for the stock are presented to the partners on a comparison fact sheet. A Stock Selection Guide (SSG) is completed for the
stock. The stock is also evaluated using the Online SSG's Comparison Guide.
After an open discussion, decisions are made to bypass or purchase the stock presented. The pick 1 stock for August 2024 was LuluLemon Athletica (LULU). (An
indepth description of the Stock Selection Guide is presented in the Partner Packet. )

situations are described in the webinars. The studies include background information and a description of products/services
provided by the company. Detailed financial data is presented for the company and compared with competitors. Reviews by
Value Line and Morningstar analysts are included in each stock study, if available. Finally, a Stock Selection Guide (SSG)
is presented with a discussion of judgments used to build the SSG.

technical analysis of quality growth stocks. They tend to rely too much on historical data to forecast future sales and earnings
growth. They also make mistakes in predicting future P/E Ratios. These errors in judgment often result in inaccurate calculation of
